Meditation at Macaulay

Macaulay works with students to integrate contemplative practices into their lives.

Students and staff are invited to meditation instruction led by renowned meditation instructors. Our aim is to build a supportive student community.

Macaulay’s weekly sessions are a terrific way of de-stressing while forming an intercampus community. The evenings are led by Bart van Melik who, for the past four years, has helped Macaulay students engage in mindfulness. All are welcome to attend!

The sessions will run every Thursday when CUNY classes are in session from 7-8pm.
