Annual Laptop Reinventory for Students, Faculty, Staff, & TLCs
As part of the New York State Mandated Reinventory program, all students in the classes of 2023 and 2024 (current juniors and sophomores), faculty, staff and TLCs must complete this form by November 19, 2021. This form is to confirm that you still have the Macaulay-issued laptop in your possession.
If you are currently a freshman or a senior (class of 2025 or 2022), please do not complete this form; it does not apply to you.
