Rakhee Kewada is a Zimbabwean geographer and doctoral candidate in Earth and Environmental at the Graduate Center, CUNY. Her research interests include critical agrarian studies, globalization, and race in post-colonial East Africa. Rakhee’s dissertation research examines the cotton and textile industry in Tanzania.

Prior to working as an ITF, Rakhee taught courses in urban studies at Hunter College.
